Exercise Quality over Quantity

Exercise Add comments

It’s easy to just rush through your exercise routine, but what is the point of it? It will result in very little in the way of results and will not help you to achieve your goal.

When it comes to exercises the quality always is better than the quantity. You can do 300 sit-ups, but if you do them quickly, poorly and without going through the proper motions, they won’t be a beneficial as 150 quality sit-ups. You need to focus on the process and movement for each exercise. Going through the entire motion is what makes the exercise really work. So even if it means doing less and going slower, it will serve you better when it comes to results.

And isn’t that what your exercising is all about? Why would you want to take the time and effort to do an exercise routine that will achieve very little, if by just concentrating and maybe going a little slower you could double your results?
